| A 3-time Brier competitor, 1998 World Junior Champions coach, and Australia Men's National coach, Earle invented the Stabilizer in 1995. As president, he markets and promotes the Stabilizer and handles the filling of orders along with wife Maureen. |
| Maureen Morris – Financial Manager |
| A once-a-week curler and mother of John, Maureen keeps the books, fills orders and ships them out as well. |
| John Morris – Promotions Manager |
| The Two-Time World Junior Champion, 2002 Brier runner-up, 2008 World Champion, and 2010 Winter Olympic Gold Medalist is the Promotions Manager for the Stabilizer. John competes on the World Curling Tour out of Alberta and trains at the National Training Centre in Calgary. |
